We strive for elegance and refined construction, while maintaining affordable prices to make special pieces available to all.  We offer Fleet original clothing designs and Fleet original handmade jewelry along with a collection of carefully curated garments to our customers.

Payment

Paypal or Google checkout is accepted to facilitate ease of transaction. Please make sure you have created or have an active PayPal account to process your payment.

Shipping

We ship by USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation is not available for international shipping. Items are generally shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment is received. Please contact us for an updated invoice to reflect expedited shipping cost if you need your purchase to arrive sooner.

US DOMESTIC ORDERS //

JEWELRY
We are committed to our customer’s satisfaction with our handmade jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that jewelry will lose its initial luster and may tarnish over time and wear, this is normal and not considered a defect or damage.

CLOTHING
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving order to obtain a Return Authorization # and for additional instructions in terms of shipping method and delivery address.  Parcels without Return Authorization will be refused. Items must be returned in original new and unworn condition with original packaging to receive payment refund / exchange credit.

CLOTHING RETURNS – For refund requests, customers are responsible for return postage to send the item back with Return Authorization #. Authorized refunds are processed for merchandise and applicable sales tax in original form of payment, original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

CLOTHING EXCHANGES – We offer free domestic return shipping both ways. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for further instructions.

International customers are responsible for all shipping and return shipping postage.  Items may be exchanged or returned for original form of payment, minus original shipping charges. Authorized refunds are processed for merchandise only, original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Fleet does not share your information and email with any other party other than what is necessary to process your payment.  Your email will only be used to subscribe to our occasional newsletter and updates which you can unsubscribe at any time.

Jewelry Safety Compliance

All of our jewelry are lead-safe and are in compliance with the stringent California Metal In Jewelry Law.  Please note that our jewelry are not toys and are not intended for children under the age of 13.
