Now that we’re in our second week of November, it’s time to stow our Halloween decorations and start preparing for Thanksgiving! Inspired by the Pilgrims of the 1600s, I present to you, my 60s meets Pilgrim look that’s perfect for giving thanks (and stuffing your belly full of delicious food).

• Annie Shift Dress by Fleet Collection – Prim & proper have never looked so chic. The perfect winter wardrobe staple has arrived with this 60s inspired frock with long sleeves and contrast Peter Pan collar and dainty lace panel.

Lisa and I have been very diligent worker bees. Despite Lisa’s recent car accident that left the car mangled and her back in debilitating pain, she pulled through and today we managed to finalize two highly anticipated designs. Here’s a sneak peek at our work in progress for the soon-to-be-launched Fields and Bouquet dress:

Samples from our final pattern: The princess seamed Bouquet dress with cap sleeves and contrast lace belt that ties in a dainty bow at the back and the sleeveless, racerback Fields dress with bows in pretty pastel. Both in the same stretch linen blend with full pleated skirt and hidden side pockets. Pockets!!
